If you need EAP in your Gradle build, unfortunately, you'll have to go back to 1.2.30-eap-47. 1.2.30-eap-60 is a special build (substring eap is a bit confusing here, it is more like a nightly build), which is bundled only in IDEA EAP because of some specific issues in -47.
