1.0.7 RC (1.0.7-eap-53) is available. Here's the changelog: https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin/blob/1.0.7/ChangeLog.md#107. The IDEA plugin can be installed from the Kotlin-EAP channel. You can read how to change the channel here: https://blog.jetbrains.com/kotlin/2016/08/calling-on-eapers/. Note that you need to remove the Kotlin 1.1 plugin before installing Kotlin 1.0.7.
