I wrote a blog post about bigger apps using Kotlin Multiplatform and resources they share online (blogs, videos). For example, McDonald's has a great video about their approach to having all logic shared, Worldine has an interesting article sharing not only architecture but also team organisation and 9GAG shares their step-by-step workflow on starting the KMP migration and expanding it. The post has 20 more articles/videos.

My goal was to collect real hands-on experience from these big apps and I've highlighted which I've found most interesting.
