Is it expected that "Merge All Project Windows" option is only available in AS Canary version right now?

For macOS and in the New UI, yes. This is because document tab support wasn’t available until IJ 23.1 (which is in Hedgehog)

Yeah, am thinking of switching back to Hedgehog just for this

I use Hedgehog as my daily IDE, unless it crashes ocassionally, then i'll switch over to Intellij IDEA

Hedgehog has never crashed for me (jussaying 😅)
