working with pure javafx atm.. and for some reason the BoarderPanel center that i have reports a much higher `height` than should be possible
which is annoying since i use that for resizing a square canvas inside
that issue seems to not exist in tornadofx .. apparently
height seems to be always `1230.0` and on resizing eight change events are not generated
funny since i have a 1080 screen, it should not really be larger than that if it still fits on the screen
but in tornadofx i instead have a unexplainable offset and blank space that is not getting filled around the canvas
