Yes that’s the idea.
To be clear, we really want to make something helpful but also sustainable. This is why the model of HighCharts or elastic search make sense to us: give partial access for free but bill the ones who can pay.
So for science, education, charity associations, it will be free. But if someone is developing a commercial app it seems fair to bill a licence.
