Ah, after implementing the binding wrapper into my main application I am experiencing the exact error Edvin described with it binding it twice. (At least I think that's what is happening). When I add an entry to the map it throws a java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException and a warning WARNING: Adding MenuItem 'Custom Group 1' that has already been added to 'Add to Group Menu'
