^That is true! It's amazing to see more women in technical roles. However, women are subject to be in assigned roles within their jobs that are geared towards soft-skilled jobs (i.e. scrum master, story creation, mentorship, organization, management). I'm going to look into creating a chat or channel but let's continue there give me a couple minutes to find a set up
