I'm trying to make my ControlsFX TableFilter more TornadoFX-friendly (and I'm getting serious about building up a TornadoFX-ControlsFX DSL <https://github.com/edvin/tornadofx-controlsfx>). I also allowed filters to apply to columns added/removed after table construction which is necessary for the DSL. There were some more improvements on top of that as requested by the community.
