I accidentally nested fieldsets inside the fieldset, but it turned out great, thanks to the feature request Mike put in a way back. Forms now supports arbitrary nested layouts, so a fieldset in a fieldset and no field inside those fieldsets renders just fine. As a bonus for my mistake I got a bit bigger font size for the field labels 😁
