This JavaFX screencast has audio intro and outro clips recorded in Sonar then imported into Camtasia. The vocal recording was made in Camtasia with the audio leveling and noise reduction turned on.

I’m working on adding a webcam to videos like this for sections where I’m talking more than moving the mouse.
