I even made a small income from it, but when the IoT boom really took hold I got outrun because I was stuck on the Windows platform. That version of the system was used to power Sweden's 3:rd smartest home according to a competition two years back 🙂 Now I'm writing this so that I can run it on a RaspberryPi, but as open source and without any thoughts of profit.
