@permalmberg @carlw The reason this happens is as Carl alluded to that the ´cellCache` does not provide a this for the builder to operate on. It merely requires you to create a Node and return it. However, we have a sneaky mechanism in place to deal with displacing the parent for a builder, and I suspect this can be applied here.
