I saw they were going to add more controls to tooltips, but I tend not to rely on them too much. I just put text in them with a description of what the given control does, so I'm not sure how much I'll use these.

As far as when to add them to CSS, I imagine getting TornadoFX ready for Java9 is going to be a rather large undertaking where we will have to go through a lot of the code and see what needs to be updated. Adding new selectors and properties will probably happen then, since we'll have to see how much surface area changes with the skins being made public (I imagine it will be minimal, but it should still be reviewed).
