My initial suspicions were correct, if you have both `val nameProperty = SimpleStringProperty()` and `fun nameProperty() = nameProperty` the `column("Name", Person::nameProperty)` call fails because it can't distinguish between them. However, if you want to go this route, you would want to make the `val nameProperty` private anyways, since it's accessible via the function. So this is OK, even for the `column` function:
