3.3.0.9 is ready to go (for the plugin) as is 3.3.0 final but we're trying to solve this last bug before we release. Our current solution is to remove the JUnit hackery - then it works - but it means if you don't have the intellij plugin you don't see the run icon at all (can still use gradle from within intellij of course). Not perfect.
