*HTTP Decommission Reminder*

I just want to offer a friendly reminder to everyone that on January 15th, 2020, many of the most popular artifact servers in the JVM ecosystem will be formally dropping support for `HTTP` and will only support `HTTPS` for downloading/uploading artifacts.

I highly recommend that you check *both* your build logic, as well as your corporate artifact server mirror configurations (ie. JFrog Artifactory &amp; Sonatype Nexus) to ensure that this breaking change won't impact your organization.
