@jrod and I discovered and filed a bug that causes incremental compilation/kapt to break every time the Gradle build cache hit happens. Hoping to get some eyes on it from the Kotlin team, we’re pretty sure it’s a major cause for slow local builds. https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-34862
