any reason that InspectClassesForMultiModuleIC task (https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlin/blob/master/libraries/tools/kotlin-gradle-plugin/src/main/kotlin/org/jetbrains/kotlin/gradle/tasks/InspectClassesForMultiModuleIC.kt) from kotlin plugin doesn't enable caching support?

It is one of the tasks in my Gradle build scan that has "Not cacheable: Task output caching not enabled"
