Gradle Kotlin DSL v0.13.2 fixes a regression in <https://github.com/gradle/kotlin-dsl/releases/tag/v0.13.1|v0.13.1> that prevented the use of nested Kotlin build scripts together with the --scan command line option.
v0.13.2 will be included in the upcoming Gradle 4.4.1.
