has the kotlin as gradle build script language (as opposed to just building kotlin projects using gradle) project gone to sleep? https://github.com/gradle/kotlin-dsl doesn't seem to have had technical commits in 2 months; since then it seems to have been just boilerplate stuff for gradle project config standards
