@kirillrakhman: depending somewhat on which version of Gradle you're working with now, you'll should see significant performance improvements in the 3.0 nightlies. The Gradle Daemon is also now enabled by default. We'll be laying all of this out in blog posts and release notes when we cut and announce 3.0 M1 soon.
