Alright so, I added a single big user of flow, (see <https://gist.github.com/Groostav/09b754d1169295efda2cfa28d9e4eaba>), which is a state-machine-ee flow-user. When I use my fancy new flow, my coroutines are numbered ~6000, and I have this problem. If I don't use it, the highest numbered coroutine is 750, and I cant produce this problem.

But I still don't understand this device: how could an abuse of `Flow`'s cause `withContext(<http://Dispatchers.IO|Dispatchers.IO>, block)` to never execute `block`?
