No, I think it's working correctly. When you hit delay, it suspends allowing the `launch`ed coroutine to run. The `launch`ed coroutine never suspends though, so delay can never be resumed, and cancelAndJoin will never be called. That's why yield works (it suspends and lets delay resume).
