I wouldn’t overestimate innovation and especially standards in RS. They are just people doing their experiments on how to deal with the current state of the net. They have their own vision, some other people could have their own. It’s not about who will win, but rather about diversity of research in this field. Truth is somewhere inbetween as usual 🙂
