No, you cannot. Kapt based on jsr-269 and this is Java-only feature.
As I know there are no plans to support Kapt for other platforms, jsr-269 is… hmmm… not perfect
Instead there are plans to expose compiler plugins API that will allow to solve cases of AP and even more, because provide more powerful API
