I found an issue with MavenCentral not finding my keys in a bundle of servers, after a research, I found a warning in the pool keyservers about being not maintained. I was using Kleopatra to upload the keys to the keyserver and it was using that pool keyserver by default. After changing the keyserver in settings the problem is gone. I hope this can avoid someone wastes a few minutes thinking why its gpg key has stopped working.
