🎉 A first step towards multiplatform internationalization.

This is a proof-of-concept for multiplatform i18n using embedded Unicode CLDR data.
So far it can only provide localize country names (+ short & variant alternatives), but we can expand from here.
Note that because CLDR data is embedded the library size will be larger compared to other libraries which is an important consideration for Kotlin/JS on the browser.
What internationalization feature should be added next? What’s dearly missing? 🙂
