I'm pretty sure serialization is working in native now. See kotlinconf app. That happened a few weeks ago, and then the switch to the newer plugin, so I haven't tried it, but pretty sure: https://github.com/JetBrains/kotlinconf-app/blob/master/common/build.gradle
