C Commonizer: I have the same problem as https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-48997
PTHREAD_MUTEX_RECURSIVE is not replaced by a Kotlin type but still platform.posix.wint_t. I thought, setting kotlin.mpp.enableCInteropCommonization=true should work
