FWIW I cleaned up all our custom tasks to be compatible with the Gradle configuration cache to try to parallelize linking for Native and speed up our slow builds…

It turns out that Kotlin/Native compile and link tasks aren't compatible with the configuration cache yet 😞 https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/KT-43293
