You can use something like this to test program without library:

konanArtifacts {
    program("myApp")
    program("myAppTest") {
        srcDir("src/test/kotlin")
        srcDir("src/main/kotlin")
        extraOpts("-tr")
    }
}

So than you can run program:
./gradlew runMyApp
and tests:
./gradlew runMyAppTest

It’s not the most efficient way, you should compile but apps separately, but will work
