I don’t think so.
I suppose build and package management will be covered by Gradle and Konan (Gradle plugin for Kotlin Native).
Gradle invests a lot to native builds and native package manager even without K/N:

Hope Kotlin and Gradle teams introduce some compatible solution in the future like for Kotlin JVM and Android (Kotlin plugins compatible with Gradle `java` and `java-library` plugins and we also have kotlin-android compatible with `com.android.application` and `com.android.library`

Maven doesn’t supported by K/N directly (you can use it to manage dependencies in half-manual mode tho), only Gradle and CMake  are supported. Also, probably CMake is just a temporary solution for CLion
