Great question. My own thoughts: private lateinit var, access modifier is first, and properties grouped by access descending (i. e. all public properties first, implementation details last).
Also, about functions: public final override fun, since override final looks contradictionary, and override public will be incorrect, e. g. you override a protected function and make it public.
