The reason I wrote “Vietnam” is for diversity efforts as well as including people from regions that were basically absent this year (and last year). A lot of developers can’t afford to go to US or Europe, and a visa might bbe hard to get. It is much easier for people from EU and US to travel to Vietnam than vice versa.
