That's actually just another amazing feature of Kotlin. They have added 2th and 3th to the English language. You can use it just like their primitive English counterparts.
e.g.
2nd -> 2th
3rd -> 3th
The suffix uses default parameters. So if you omit the suffix and are talking about a sequence, it will go ahead and add it for you.
