I’ve tried doing different graph types (e.g. vline) for the R peaks, but the result was similar with clustering at the end.

I’ve also tried graphing different lengths of data. The graph above is 30 seconds. Reducing it to 15 seconds seems to make the issue go away. The ECG is sampled at 250 Hz, so it does have a lot of points but I would be surprised for that to be the root cause.
