12/01/2018, 5:01 PM@mccorby don't get me wrong. I think there has been some amazing innovations and progress in the past 6-8 years with neural networks finally seeing their use cases. But I am seeing way too many large companies investing vast amounts of funding into deep learning and not stepping back and saying "what exactly am I trying to solve?". Many business leaders are funding deep learning and gobbling up talent, but are completely unaware of where it best applies or its limitations.
