I believe the end state is to have markdown file as the source, not the Kotlin script file, and have a tool that runs all embedded source as script and produces html with text and outputs. Tooling has to catch up. When you edit this markdown file Kotlin code snippets shall be interpreted as Kotlin script snippets.
