Thanks a lot for these extensive answers @s4nchez & @dave, super interesting stuff.
I think working on a concrete example might be the best argument, hence I’ll think about rewriting one of our services with http4k in a hackathon and compare it to its Spring version and continue from there.
Meanwhile I’ll have to dig into the tracer bullet stuff, sounds super interesting.
