@Luis Mirabal do you need any particular information about the server in order to add this particular behaviour? We never saw a need for an “on start” event because start is synchronous and you should expect the server to be up after that call.

As usual, we’d be happy to evolve the API if you provide an example or more context around what you’re trying to achieve.
