Early on in my http4k reading, I came across “It allow us to construct entire suites of services which can be tested either wired together without HTTP, or spun up in containers in 1 LOC. ” ( <https://www.http4k.org/rationale/> )

I’m finding it hard to discover what `1 LOC` is. (Sorry, should have mentioned I’m a kotlin newb too). 

Any chance of an explanatory link at that point in the docs ?   That could be posted here too  :wink:
