Is the top level meta library

arrow-core

(which should pull in -data and -extensions) not around for 0.9.0 and later versions? From the docs for

Dependency breakdown starting in Arrow 0.9.0

I'd think I could import

io.arrow-kt:arrow-core:0.9.0

but that doesn't seem to exist
