but really, I'm sure that if it's accepted people from the lang and compiler teams will have ideas as to how this is better named or finally accepted in terms of syntax. It may not require `extension` or there may be suggestion from a different encoding instead of using one type argument. The current encoding is what we believe introduces fewer changes to the lang, just two new modifiers `extension` and `with`. But this could potentially be implemented in different styles like Rust and Swift do for extensions.
