For those of you facing the delay initialization issue in the fx snapshot, checkout this thread and link to issue comment.

You are safe to ignore this issue because effect does not belong on the Either Fx on 0.9.0 . Either can't suspend side effects https://github.com/arrow-kt/arrow/issues/1295#issuecomment-467540596
