The code sharing would be nice, but not a huge source of leverage on this particular project. I was a bit disappointed to see that create-react-kotlin-app requires magical .idea files (and also doesn't build out of the box in IntelliJ). So, I'm thinking I'll probably stick with TS+React, and maybe in 6 months if it makes sense (and the tooling has stabilized), it would be a relatively straightforward port.
