wondering if it's possible to change how the collection size is serialized during beginCollection .
in the docs (https://kotlin.github.io/kotlinx.serialization/kotlinx-serialization-core/kotlinx.serialization.encoding/-encoder/begin-collection.html) it says its serialized using the serializier of the given type parameter, but im not sure what/where is the given type parameter. anyone know?
