Hey folks after upgrading to lates 0.11.0 version, I see that default values for optional fields (for example with `null` as default value) is sent even when configuration `encodeDefaults` set to `false`. Maybe I’m missing something? Or it’s a regression as it was working fine with 0.10.0.
That even more it seems that with deprecated `@Optional` annotation it works, but it’s deprecated so, I guess it’a a regression issue (new issue has been created <https://github.com/Kotlin/kotlinx.serialization/issues/431>)
