Follow up:
The KotlinX Serialization Kotlin compiler plugin uses some sort of magic (seemingly) to extend an annotation class such that an instance of it can be instantiated. When the result is decompiled, it literally has the modifier final and yet is extended by a Impl in its body. Is there a way I can replicate this elsewhere?
