I get AbstractMethodErrors when using 1.2.70 with ...

I get AbstractMethodErrors when using 1.2.70 with 0.6.1 and 1.2.61 with 0.6.2 and when using 1.2.70 with 0.6.2. When using 1.2.70 and 0.6.2 I get farther in the build such that it looks like it's working but then my platform modules can't see types from the common module but that seems like a larger problem... which only occurs in modules that use kotlinx.serialization
